- Follow progress: Review student activity from your dashboard and manage completion certificates as courses are finished.

What can I do in the voucher admin dashboard?
When your purchase is complete, you will create an administrator login with a username and password. That login opens the FUSION dashboard, where you can distribute vouchers to students (or to yourself), see which vouchers have been used, and buy more seats at any time. Live reporting helps you confirm students are moving through the course on schedule.
What is the full process for buying and using vouchers?
Step 1: Buy your courses
- Pick the courses you want and continue to checkout.
- Complete payment and create an admin account, or sign in to an existing one.
- Vouchers are credited to your account instantly and are ready to assign.
Step 2: Share vouchers with students
- Sign in to your admin account and open the voucher dashboard. Available seats appear in the “Remaining” column.
- Use Invite to email vouchers directly to students.
- Or choose Manual to copy a unique link you can share by email or text.
Step 3: Monitor redemption and completion
- Students open the link in their invitation email, register, and begin training.
- Select Redeemed on your dashboard to see used vouchers and follow student progress live.
- Select Completed to view and download finished certificates.
How do students activate their vouchers?
Send vouchers to students from the FUSION dashboard by email. Each student clicks the link in the message to claim their seat, then creates a new account or signs in to an existing one to start the course.
Do vouchers expire?
Yes. Each voucher remains valid for twelve months from the date it is issued.
How can I monitor student progress?
Your administrator login gives you access to the FUSION dashboard, where you can review enrollment status and course completion for every voucher recipient. This helps you confirm your group is actively working through the material. When students finish, open the Completed Vouchers area to view and download their certificates.
What if a student misplaces their link or never got the email?
Log in to FUSION to resend or reassign vouchers by email. You can also use the manual option to generate a fresh link and deliver it by text or email yourself.
